Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes, the product you receive will match the images shown on our website. Minor variations in color or details may occur due to lighting or screen display settings.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

Your sales receipt will be sent automatically to your email after completing your purchase. You can also view it by logging into your The Medly Club account and checking your Order History.

How can I return an item?

To return an item, please contact us at inquiry@themedleyclub.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your request is approved, we’ll provide return instructions. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 14 days of delivery.

Where can I ship my order?

We currently ship orders to [list your countries/regions, e.g., the United States, Canada, Europe, etc.]. If your location is not listed at checkout, unfortunately, we do not ship there at this time.
